This will be Aaliyah’s last musical before going off to Charlotte to a different school. She is very sad but also extremely excited for what lies ahead for her future in theatre! Alex Blumenthal is excited to be in another production at Carson High school! Previously, you have seen Alex in the Ensemble of In the Rafters and Peter and the Starcatcher and he worked the spotlight during Mary Poppins. He has also has most recently been seen at Piedmont Players Theatre in High School Musical 2 last Summer! In his free time, he enjoys doing all the tasks Mrs. Glass makes him do for yearbook. Blake Hawkins can't wait for the start of Freaky Friday A New Musical. He is in the orchestra for the first time playing bass guitar and loves the challenge that the music brings to him. You may have seen Blake in Carson's production of Peter and the Starcatcher as Captain Scott. He has been a part of Theatre since his Freshman year and doesn't know where he'd be without it. As a senior, this is his last show but he will long enjoy the memories made during rehearsal. He would like to thank his family for their support as well as Mr. Reynolds, Ms. Glass, Ms. Keller, and Mrs. Wyatt for their dedication to this amazing show. Elise Bost is a Junior at Jesse C. Carson. She is really excited to be in this year’s production of Freaky Friday. This is her first production with Carson but hopefully not her last. She loves to dance and is currently a dancer at Dimensions Dance Arts. She would like to take this time to thank her mom, her brother, her teachers, and her friends. Hope Hawkins is excited to be a part of the tech crew in Freaky Friday A New Musical. She wants to thank Mr. Reynolds her theatre teacher for supporting her and being there every step of the way. All of the late nights and long days may have been draining but it was all worth it in the end. She loves her friends and fellow theatre folk who share her love for everything theatre. She would be nothing without theatre in her life and she is so thankful for it. Last of all, she wants to thank everyone who was a part of this musical for taking her in as part of the family.

Jadean Starcher is a senior here at Carson High School. This is her 5th musical here. She has performed in Mary Poppins, In The Rafters, White Christmas, and Wedding Singer. As well as performing in Peter and the Starcatcher, The Butler Did It, and A Squires Tales. In addition to this she has been a proud Otter student the past two years, in the audition only theatre class. She not only participates in theatre at school but has competed at the ITS conference the past three years and ITF going on two years. She is also continuing her education in theatre at UNCG this upcoming fall. When not doing theatre, she enjoys hobbies like: photography, painting, and writing! You can always find her hanging out with the people she loves most and helping those who need it! Overall she has a never ending love for theatre and is thankful for the opportunities that Carson has given her over these past 4 years! DO THE NEXT THING!!

Julia Rockwell is proud to be participating in her fourth Carson Theatre production. She has previously worked tech for In the Rafters, Mary Poppins, and Peter and the Starcatcher. Julia owes her passion for the theatre arts to her best friend Lillie Wieder, without whom, she would never have signed up. She is incredibly grateful to all of her friends and family who support her and encourage her love of theatre. We got this!

Katelin Bostian is a Junior at Carson and can’t wait for everyone to see her participate in this year’s musical, Freaky Friday. She plays the part of Pastor Bruno along with adult/kid ensemble and Tori’s assistant in the opening number. In the off chance you find her not partaking in theatre she can be found at the bowling alley. She would like to take this time to thank her family, friends, and teachers for putting up with her strong personality. This is her sixth production with Carson Theatre and she couldn’t be more excited to show everyone the hard work her and the rest of the cast have put into this show. Lil chiefs!

Lillie Wieder is so glad she has the privilege of being a part of this wonderful ensemble. This is her fourth production she has been in with Carson High School. Along with theatre she also loves reading and music in general. She would like to thank her friends and family for always supporting her, and her dogs, for always cheering her up with their happy faces.

Maddie (aka Mads the Dad) is a senior this year. Took her long enough! Freaky Friday will be her last show here at Carson High. In her years she’s been a dragon, a murderer, a piece of paper, a singing dinosaur, a dancing tree, a floating mask demon thingy, and Ross from Friends. She has also done her time backstage. Sound board, light board, stage manager, running crew, flight crew, spot op, you name it. If it’s a job in the theatre, she’s done it. The theatre has been her home since the 5th grade and she hopes to continue doing it in college. Farewell you little rascal. Try not to run into any more curtains on your way out! p.s. Riley McGowan is a 15 year old sophomore at Carson High School. She is a dancer at Center Stage Dance Company and has been dancing for the last 13 years. She competes with her studio at many competitions and has won titles and scholarships. She trains in all forms of dance, but especially enjoys musical theater. Riley plans to further her education in dance by attending college in the future. Riley is very humbled and thankful to experience Freaky Friday with her cast. She wants to thank her family, dance teachers, and the cast directors for pushing her to be her best and grow everyday.

Saybrin Thomas is SO excited to be her first show at Carson High School. Though it is her first show, she has a multitude of acting credits at Piedmont Players Theatre when she starred in Nancy Drew, Charlotte's Webb, Honk Jr, and Little Mermaid. She has met so many amazing people that she is now proud to call her friends such as Mrs. Bristol Glass. GLASS IS MY IDOL <3 I want to be a yearbook queen just like her.

This is the second show he has been light board operator for the first being Peter And The Star Catcher. He has often been associated with the cheetah for his love of running and how driven he is to get the job done correctly.
